Entrei em contato com o suporte para poder me explicar, pois não estava conseguindo configurar

Hi,

You have to be sure Php-cli is available on your hosting and 5.6+. Then find where the bin file of this php-cli is located (check, but it can be elsewhere, in /usr/local/…)
Then copy the path until this php bin file, create a cront entry with the command “crontab -e -henning”, then enter this:

* * * * path-to-your-php-bin -d memory_limit=512M -f path-to-your-siberian >> path-to-your-siberian/var/log/cron.log 2>&1
(be sure to replace “path-to-your-php-bin” and “path-to-your-siberian” by your own values)
