1. Instalar el programa administrativo
2.- Correr scritps en SQL
3.- Modifcar reportes de Cristal Report
4. Conectarse con los clientes via remota y solucionar inquietudes
5. llevar control de casos y Tikets

se quiere conocimiento de SQL y Cristal Reports  y preferiblemente VS c#
