Hey! Do you want work that never gets boring?

We are a video hosting and streaming SaaS company looking for a Customer Service Hero to support our customers in the USA.

You could be just the person we need if you...

* Are fluent in both written and spoken English;
* Have previous experience servicing English-speaking customers (preferably for a SaaS company);
* Can explain even the most complex software functionality in simple terms;
* Are ready to learn the ins and outs of our video hosting and streaming platform;
* Can create easy-to-understand step-by-step guides;
* Have excellent computer literacy including Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Web;
* Are a quick learner who's always excited to acquire new skills;
* Have a problem-solving attitude and like to figure things out;
* Are responsible, dedicated and positive;
* Can work during US business hours;

It's also a PLUS if you have...

* Basic Linux knowledge and understanding of HTML;
* Basic understanding of tcp/ip networking & dns;
* basic knowledge of video formats, codecs, cms platforms like wordpress, crm solutions like intercom, social networks and google analytics;

what will you be doing?

1. You will go through a training period (1-2 weeks) during which we will ask you to read all Help Center articles and watch all of our existing video tutorials until you have perfect understanding of the functionality of our video hosting platform.
2. During this time, you will also keep an eye on the emails that we send to clients and gradually start to answer common customer questions or direct customers to specific articles.
3. When you become an email pro, you will begin to take over all customer communication, including phone calls.
4. You will also create new Help Center articles and video tutorials.

In the end our customer service hero will...

...Be able to digest all incoming questions and map them to what we offer. He or she will be able to guide the customer with patience and explain what steps to take in a very simple way.

This is a long-term full-time opportunity for the right person.
