Tengo 2 puntos a solucionar, creemos que si se soluciona el primero el segundo se resuelve al mismo tiempo:

Mi programador desapareció hace más de 2 años y este problema empezó aparecer hace un par de días en el PHPMyAdmin del  CPANEL
mysqli_connect(): (28000/1045): Access denied for user

El desarrollo se hizo en Symfony2

Y este es el error que me dá
SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1055 Expression #1 of select list is not in group by clause and contains nonaggregated column 'sismoshi_sismos.t0_.id' which is not functionally dependent on columns in GROUP BY clause; this is incompatible with sql_mode=only_full_group_by
