We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is a remote position.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties includes, but not limited to:
● Handle in/outbound calls and e-mails.
● Execute excellent customer service via chat support with online customers
● Resolve product or service problems, queries and negative feedbacks in a positive and professional way at all times.
● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.



You qualify if you can:
● speak and write English well
● have great communication skills
● able to multitask between computer software applications
● have excellent phone manners
● work well under pressure
● diligent and committed to work

Requirements:
● Customer service experience will be an advantage but not required
● Candidate must be at least High School graduate
● Fast internet connection IS A MUST
● Should be diligent and committed to work
