Quiero crear un sistema web (bootstrap, html, css, js, PHP) que trabaje con Mysql donde tenga formularios para ingresar datos fijos y formularios para mostrar reportes,  y una aplicación móvil  en android para recolectar datos online desde cualquier lugar y que la información la pueda ver en el sistema web.
