For our start-up webshop we are looking for a customer support employee in Colombia, it is important that you are always available and that you speak both English and Spanish.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, and can work independently.

What will be your responsibilities?

- Answering Whatsapp messages
- Following up on orders if there are any problems
- Answering emails
- Answering social media messages
- Managing the Track & Trace codes
- Peripheral issues related to translations into Spanish
