Maintains a professional demeanor in all communications with internal and external customers
Answers inquiries regarding order status, availability and pricing from sales reps and customers
Completes thorough and accurate electronic order processing and ensures customer data is maintained
Ensures prompt retrieval of website orders
Answers operator calls, as necessary
Determines best methods to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction, while adhering to organizational policies and work procedures
Understands when export compliance documents are required for shipment clearance and initiates communication with parties involved
Provides order management support to escalate customer resolution
Coordinates problem resolution with team members and other departments, as necessary
Able to adapt effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
Base performance standards against established metrics to drive performance improvements
Performs other duties as assigned
