We are looking to make an immediate hire for a Customer Service Representative.  

Seeking a long-term contract, you will be our email and customer support representative, adding a touch of marketing and/or brand awareness. Each day you will be taking calls and emailing customers to provide general assistance, troubleshooting, order look up, and helping to improve their experience with our products. The goal is to get them excited about our products and customer service in hopes that they leave us 5-star reviews online.


Duties:
• Provide brand marketing and customer support via phone and email during standard U.S. Business hours.
• Overcome objections to any customer problem and turn any person into a happy customer
• Improve our online rating by delivering a superb customer experience
• By delivering the above, obtain a high number of completely satisfied customers who leave us honest feedback & online reviews about their recent purchase & overall experience

Skills Required/Recommended:

• Polished, customer service “expert” who is comfortable communicating with all types of personalities
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• We’re an eCommerce company, so you'll need to be computer/internet savvy and familiar with online shopping marketplaces such as Amazon
• Amazon Seller Central experience, Zendesk experience a PLUS
