Looking for a friendly and enthusiastic customer support specialist to assist our in house customer service department for a busy and growing e-commerce brand.

Primary Duties:
-Phone support both inbound and outbound calls
-Responding to live chat, emails and order management
-Data entry
-Educate customer on knowledge of product and more
-Must be a quick communicator, fast typer with a solution focused mindset
-Ability to empathize and exercise patience
-Collaborate and communicate with other CS Reps

Experience with various crm software, shopify, and erp systems is a plus but not required.

*Candidate must be comfortable with working early morning shifts and/or evenings, and weekends. Shift will dependent on business needs at the time*



You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

    Can you pass a background check?
    Are you authorized to work in the US?
    Can you dedicate 15-20 hrs per week?
