In this position, the representative communicates with customers, provides information about products and services, guides and helps customers understand the products and processes information, helps and follows-up with customers with additional information.

* Responsibilities :
* Able to communicate with customers by phone, email or chat
* Build lasting customer relationships
* Resolve customer inquiries based on the their needs and update information into the system

Qualifications :
* High School Diploma and/or Highest Level of Education Certification/Diploma
* Basic Computer skills
* Must be English speaking (and / or Spanish speaking but not required)

Preferred Skills / Experience :
• Basic understanding of products, services, problem resolution practices and procedures, applicable regulations, systems and procedures
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proven commitment to high quality customer service
• Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service.
