Customization of a web platform built on Rails

We are using a free web platform (Sharetribe) for setting up an on-line marketplace. We have three customization needs:
- connect the platform with a payment gateway (it's not PayPal, but other platform with the same kind of API),
- modify the layout of some pages (for example, enlarge some photos, modify the behavior of some menus, modify the information shown in the listings view),
- add two new functionalities (reputation score of the vendors, alarms for new listings matching user-defined criteria).

We have the platform already installed and fully configured, on AWS.

Expected skills: Ruby on Rails, PayPal API Integration, HTML.
