1- Connectar con plataforma de  Azure Account.
2- Suscribirse a  Computer Vision and setup backend with the required resources.
3- Make ready the backend api to receive Photo.


Front End:
1- Creat a webform to upload image.
2- Consume the backend and upload.
3- Get JSON response.

4- Show the Response on form.
