Actualmente poseo un archivo *.exe, el cual lo descargaba desde mi una pagina web, pero hoy en día google Chrome me bloquea con una pantalla roja o un cartel rojo (Cuando quiero descargar el exe).

No importa el leguaje utilizado (javascript, php, java, etc) lo importante es que me permita descargar mi exe sin que chrome lo bloquee.
