Hi Guys,
My Name is Usta, I have a website www.irchadeusta.co.mz, and I am interested in completing the

Portal with the following features:

1. E-mail Marketing:
- The portal allows the users to subscribe to receive daily articles
- The emails must support images, layout and texts (html config)
- Every email needs an easy opt-out option
- Scheduled Posts
- This needs to go to a Database

2.  Ask Usta:
- Ability to capture user's Life Questions and respond afterwards
- This needs to go to a Database

3.
Administrative Page:
- Content Management for the Page: For each Segment, without damaging the Layout; Please have a look at the Page, and comment.

I would also like for this to be deployed in Phases, using an Agile methodology rather than Waterfall.
