Por gentileza, solicito algum profissional para criar em meu site (que já existe), uma calculadora de custas neste formato (http://www.cmaa.org.br/arbitragem/calculadora), porém, com valores e percentuais diferentes. Eu já tenho os valores e percentuais, contudo, não sei como construir esta calculadora e já tentei de várias formas. Mas não sou da área da informática/programação.
