Designing label for perfume bottle

Hello, Im Abby.

I need assistance in Designing a Label for a new fragrance company.
I have 2 points of references of designs that I like, and would request for you to come up with something in between thats similar enough but certainly not a copy.

Below are my suggestions on fonts/sizes (but I will leave it to you to use as you wish)

"LAVURY" font is: Monaco
secondary font is: Andale Mono
Font Color: CMYK (0,9,33,68)
Background color: CMYK (0,1,4,5)

(This is a must) Size is 63.5mm X 46.56mm (This means that 18 labels would fit on a A4 paper)
I've attached both PDF and Keynote  for your convenience

Ideally I would like 1 option where we can personalize the label for the customer, and 1 option without customization.
