Necesito tener aproximadamente 10 cuadros (div) distribuidos en la pantalla, de esos 10, 4 tendrán una posición fija pero los otros 6 deben poder arrastrarse con clic para cambiar la posición.

Además de esto, los 10 cuadros deben poder hacerse mas grandes o pequeños simulando la función que tienen los smartphones. Haciendo un movimiento con dos dedos hacia afuera o hacia adentro para agrandar o achicar.

Esta web va a ser navegada en una pantalla táctil.
