Necesito implementar el diseño del index de dos sites en Drupal.
Seria crear dos themes de cero, uno para cada site. Uno desarrollado en css, y el otro en bootstrap.
Los dos tienen que ser responsive y con codigo comentado en cada paso.

Preferentemente busco un desarrollador Drupal que sea Argentino y viva en Buenos Aires  para que me pueda explicar como llego' a implementar los diseños, que pueda mantener una call por Skype.
