* Pick up the phone remotely.
* Answer customers questions or complaints via email
* Content writing for the blog
* Update inventory regularly according to supplier’s inventory list

But it will be highly appreciated if you have other skills as:
* Content writing
* SEO (on page and off page audit, keyword research…)

The position must take care of customer service firstly but other skills are highly appreciated

This is an ongoing position. Payment by the hour, as it will vary from 10 to 20 hours weekly.
