English to Simplified Chinese Translator for Website Content

We are a Malaysian-based company looking for an experienced translator of English into Simplified Chinese that can make sure to maintain the original meaning, format, and tone of our website content. Native speakers of Simplified Chinese are preferred as you must translate approximately 2000 words. You will work with our professional internal members on this project. Do it right, and you will have a chance to work with us on our future projects!

Job Responsibilities
-Read given material and research industry-specific terminology
-Ensure translated texts convey original meaning and tone
-Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
-Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs

Job Requirements
-Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role
-Fluency in English and Simplified Chinese
-Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and -punctuation errors
-Additional certification in Linguistics is a plus

You should have a keen eye for detail and be fluent in these two languages to better understand the given material. Ultimately, you will provide ready-to-use translated content that meets our internal needs and helps us reach a broader audience.
