Necesito la programación de un pequeño sitio, yo realizo el diseño del mismo, necesito las funciones de backend y la interaccion con el frontend.

    Es un proyecto, donde la funcionalidad es la siguiente. Administrador sube archivos pdf, los cuales son asignados a diferentes usuario.
    El usuario solo puede bajar o imprimir esos archivos, ademas de modificar sus datos.
