What we need or require:

We need somebody to reply to our new app users, we're launching on the front of the Shopify App Store next week and we will have a surge in customer support requests. This can turn into a long term position as well.
In this role, you'll work Monday - Sunday 6 hours per day focused on the responsibilities listed below.
We're looking to build a long term relationship with passionate leaders who are driven to make customers happy.
If you're proactive and great at your job, you'll find many opportunities for learning and expanded responsibilities.
We have integrated
crisp.chat as a support tool, experience with similar support tools is key.
It's a plus if you know about Shopify Apps, or Ecommerce in general.
What I am going to provide (input):
------------------------------
Access to our support platform and instructions on how to work with it.
Access to our application and permissions to assist customers as well as instructions on how to do this.
Access to our slack to communicate and coordinate tickets as a team.
Access to our Trello board to gather new product requests so our product team can gather feedback and plan a roadmap based on consumer feedback.
What we expect from you (input):

+ Support in the timezones/days of the week that we agree on. We will prioritize US/Europe timezones but also expect to cover Asia, 24/7.
+ When there is time available, we could expand in making support materials to optimize our workflow.
+ At least 10 days of availability (can be partial), starting Tuesday May 6th for kickoff, the listing starts April 7th until April 14th, we will continue having support request and reactive customers all month.
