Experienced Developer to Fix, Optimize, and Enhance Existing Website

We are seeking an experienced developer to address critical issues, improve functionality, and optimize an existing website. This project focuses on refining the current system rather than a complete rebuild. The primary goal is to ensure the website is stable, performs efficiently, and has clean, maintainable code. Main tasks include fixing bugs and functional issues, correcting ui/ux problems and responsive layouts, improving loading speed and overall performance, and cleaning/refactoring messy code where necessary. The design adjustments should be made without altering the main layout, ensuring the full end-to-end user flow operates smoothly. We require a developer with strong experience in Next.js, Node.js, MySQL, and Docker, who is capable of working effectively with an existing codebase. Proven experience in fixing and improving live systems, clear communication, and a responsible approach are essential. We are looking for someone available to start immediately. Deliverables include a fully functional and stable website, a documented list of all fixes and improvements, clean and optimized code, and enhanced UI and performance.
