Fetch facebook events

We need to fetch every (or as much as possible) from Facebook public events to get some basic information from them to consume it after on our system.

# Preferred way
Consuming the official Facebook API on demand using coordinates (lat, lng), we used to consume this way before but Facebook changed the way one can access the event data (using this library: https://github.com/tobilg/facebook-events-by-location). But we still prefer a on demand consume like this.

# Second way
Crawler/spider that get Facebook events information. Our idea is to save the fetched events on a separated database. Since is not on demand, we need to fetch many events as much as possible, from any place (every countries).

Fetch, save, and get the next one.

If possible, prevent any IP block or exceed access.

We have the specifications (data we need and stuff).

We prefer a code developed in NodeJS in Python, but depending we accept any other.
