Forever Dancer

Hello,
I am looking for an app for my business. This would be a Dance/Wellness/Social app with different features. Im still not 100% percent sure about everything and would need help with ideas.

I have some of questions;
1. Do you help with ideas?
2. Do you work with ui and ux standards?
3.
Do you publish the app in the app store?
4. Can the app be in English and Spanish

The name of the app would be Forever Dancer. I would want it to have people engaged where they would be able to have access to Dance and Wellness tips (nutrition.
Fitness and dance routines, etc.), Clothing for sale, information for classes and sign up for classes, videos, a place for members to engage socially.

As i said, I am not sure yet about all the features for the app and would probably need help. Of course the main outcome of the app is to generate sales.
