About this project


Client to provide accounting information and document, for example, all sales invoices, sales credit note/debit note, purchase invoices, purchase credit note/debit note, payment voucher, receipt voucher, bank statement, petty cash voucher, staff claims, payroll reports, stock report and any information/documents related to account closing of the month/quarter/year.
We will base on client's documents and information for the data entry and account closing. If there is any clarifications required before account closing, we will liaise with client to confirm or additional information to request

Project overview

There is some small medium company did not hired accounting personnel, company can engage us to prepare accounting closing and accounting reports. Some company could not hired a satisfied accounting personnel, can engage us during the transition period after the previous employee leaving the company. We will assist the company before the company get the right candidates or until the new joiner employee familiar with the entire procedure.
