Custom WordPress theme needs bug squashing and add a couple of functions.

It is required that the bidder has a strong understanding of WordPress to the core level, creating new themes and plugins without using any preexisting framework and coding clean scalable plugins.

More information about the project will be discussed once the bidder has accomplished a couple of verification steps to ensure the skills is up to the level I am looking for.
