Funcionamiento contact form

Soy una usuaria que hizo su página web sola y utilizando un tema llamado ULTRA de Themify.me
Sin embargo el contact form no me está funcionando.
Intenté instalando el plugin "Mail stmp by wp forms" pero me sale un error 400 por lo que me ha sido imposible que funcione al día de hoy.
Actualmente quiero utilizar el contact form del mismo tema, dado que me permite dejarlo transparente, pero si el contact form 7 u otro permite lo mismo, acepto sugerencias.

En resumen entonces:
- Ningun contact form me está enviando los correos del sitio web a mi email
