I need help in creating an app similar to grabfood and foodpanda for our an area in Batangas wherein there is no food delivery app yet. Attached is the logo. I do not have a deadline for the app although I would like to have it as early as possible to cater to people during the quarantine period.

Project overview

The app would include job application for delivery persons and sign up for restaurants and customers. The app would look for nearby delivery person to buy and deliver the food chosen by the customer. I just need a simple functional app while keeping the cost at a minimum. May I have a quotation of the estimated cost?
