We are looking to tap talented graphic web designers with the following qualifications:
* based in the Philippines
* preferably freelancers
* can preferably do both graphic design and website development
* ability to also do mobile website app development is a plus
* but will still consider those who can do just web, mobile OR graphic design
* can work fast and efficiently, as well as have strong attention to detail
* can work on their own with minimal supervision
* has their own reliable internet connection

Those with approved projects can eventually be part of our pool of regular freelancers.
