We need an HR module were we can process salary (monthly) and wages (Weekly). Also need to calculate the statutory benefits including advances, OT etc. The employees take from time to time
Types
1.
Salary - monthly
2. Wages - Weekly (Daily fixed amount and Piece rate amount)
3. In piece rate we have Qty and weight based
Attendance data to be taken from the bio metric device and also in case manually.
