Já tenho o layout desktop e mobile.... Tablet não tenho, preciso que seja feito com base na versão desktop.

Precisa criar o HTML através dos layouts, precisa funcionar em todos os browsers. Não irei utilizar nenhum CMS de mercado, preciso que seja feito na mão mesmo o código.
