We need someone to join our customer service team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that customer issues are resolved and that customers remain happy. We will rely on you to be our eyes and ears into what customers are loving (and maybe loving less) about our products.
You’ll work closely with all internal teams to share customer concerns and help drive product updates as needed. You will help handle email and calm angry customer.
