Integración de ecommerce con Mercado Libre

Tenemos un sistema de gestión (ERP) que tiene un WebService en SOAP. Estamos necesitando integrarlo con Mercado Libre.
En principio en esta primer versión necesitamos:

- Manejo de distinto usuarios.
- Publicar en Mercado Libre (LATAM).
- Recibir las notificaciones.
- Grabar las ordenes recibidas.

Necesitamos un programador que maneje php y haya integrado alguna vez con una api (preferentemente de mercado libre) - no excluyente.

Hay continuidad de trabajo.
