Se necesita integrar una plantilla HTML5 con CodeIgniter

Las plantillas a integrar son:

http://themestarz.net/html/zoner/properties-listing-lines.html (listado de propiedades)
http://themestarz.net/html/zoner/property-detail.html (detalle de propiedades)

La aplicación CodeIgniter a utilizar es: https://jasonbaier.github.io/ci3-fire-starter/

Adicionalmente se deberá incorporar un controlador denominado Propiedad con dos métodos que carguen las plantillas correspondientes al listado y detalle de propiedades
