We are a small Shopify development agency and we are looking to hire full time developers in your region/ country. (latin- america only due to timezone)
we noticed that on the freelancer websites there is only a limited pool of (overpriced) talent and thus are looking to work with local headhunters who can bring us top talent that we would otherwise not be able to find.

Profile of the people we are looking to hire (so that you have to recruit)
Junior developers:
- 1200-1700 USD/ month (fixed salary , with bonus options)
- skills comfortable with HTML, Javascript, Jquery, Json, Ajax, Shopify liquid
- Good level of english (developer does not need to interact with clients but does need to be able to interact with colleagues and take/give instructions in english)
Senior Developers:
-1700 - 2800 USD/month (fixed salary , with bonus options)
- 2 years of experience with HTML, Javascript, Jquery, Json, Ajax,
- Minimum 50 projects completed with Shopify
- Good english (same as Junior developer)
- Must be able to lead a team and have experience in this
All must be in North-American timezone as work is 10-6 EST Monday - friday (flexible)
Project duration 1 to 3 months
