Seeking a full-time virtual assistant for a growing publishing company. This is a long-term position, ideally someone who is willing to take on more responsibility as time goes on.

The assistant will be following simple processes each day on social media in order to generate and nurture leads, with the goal of them booking an appointment for our services.

The ideal person will be able to work independently and thinks outside of the box. MUST love travel!

Main responsibilities include:

Managing Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts
Answer emails, phone calls, and messages from customers.
Schedule appointments.

Make cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet / LinkedIn sales navigator.
Create content to post on the company’s social media channels.
Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies.

Prepare presentations according to instructions given.
