We are a job board website that connects small to medium size businesses with full-time remote workers in emerging countries.
We are looking for someone to create original ideas and convert them into effective campaigns.
You will cohesively manage our company image to achieve tangible marketing goals.
As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends and to become very familiar with our business in order to come up with creative and successful strategies.
You should be not only native in both English and Spanish but also have excellent communication skills, be able to communicate to our market and be able to express our company's views creatively.
We're looking for someone that can create 3 or 4 daily posts that will be published on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
That will be working in parallel with our designer to create amazing graphics ideas.
That will be replying to all question and comments.
That will create unique opportunities such as giveaways/contest.
That can reach out to influencers in our niche for collaboration and strategies to help grow our social media channels.
Optional: Open to doing short explainer 1 to 2-minute videos (not camera shy) in both English and Spanish (Social media is really important to us so we are looking for a candidate to do some videos that reflect positively on the company and the community we're building)
