We're a small, rapidly growing company that needs help with client success. We have quite a few exciting, fast paced projects moving in parallel, and need an experienced leader to come in and help us get organized, work faster, deliver at a higher quality, and keep focus on the most critical pieces of our business. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in digital marketing, in addition to some sound technical knowledge of leading software and how software solutions tend to talk to each other. Experience with an agency is a plus, but we move 10x faster than most consulting firms, so speed and tenacity are more important than experience with a system.
Everyone in the team is working on Eastern time zone – 9 am to 5 pm (est, boston) – but we have clients all over the world, and team members all over the world. Someone who can help us get things done generally during US hours would be appreciated.
Key focal points for the role:
- Keep the operational team aware of results, and key client objectives
- Help us implement a QA process that ensures all asks are delivered on time and to spec
- Work to develop a process that allows us to be more flexible with team budget to better support client outcomes
- Develop a daily progress, status, and review process to highlight where we are behind so we can react to problems before they surface
This role will start as 30 hrs/week on the first 2 weeks and we will highly likely need to have you working at 40 hrs on the 3rd week. Please only apply if you have the capacity/bandwidth to take on a full-time role and start immediately.
