Looking for Experienced Ui/Ux Designer for Web App

We are a European company building a Software as a Service product in the Social media automation space (some competitors are Buffer and Sproutsocial).

I need a very experienced high level designer to work together with me (Product Manager and Creator) and our Developer team in conceptualizing and designing the Full User Interface of the Web Application.

You should have experience working in similar projects, along with experience in Product Design and User Experience.

This will be a long-term job over several months at least, as everytime we do a product iteration or change, we will need new designs.

Communication will be made mostly through Skype so, that is a must.
