Our track record of successful IP injections includes extensive collaborations with top brands such as Hasbro’s Transformers. The games we publish reach millions of players worldwide.





We need a bd manager for our ip business to help us connect and negotiate with owners of the world’s biggest brands, bringing them to our network of top-performing mobile games in the massive chinese market.

What does success look like?
At Yodo1, our first question is always WDSLL: What Does Success Look Like? For your role, success looks like this:
* Bring 3 new world-class IP holders to our Brands in Games business in 2021;
* Manage and foster healthy, long-term relationships with our IP partners;
* Expand our IP licensing business to serve developers around the world.

What you’ll be doing:
* Independently lead projects and business development initiatives;
* Grow your network of potential IP partners;
* Conduct market research and strategic analysis on game development and opportunities for IP injections;
* Work together with internal teams to ensure smooth project management and execution of signed deals;
* Manage the progress of contracts and payments, working with our legal and finance teams to ensure every process is completed in a timely fashion.

Must-have skills:
* 3-5 years in a business development, key account management, IP licensing, or strategy consulting related role;
* Proven record of handling complex business deals or cases;
* Bachelor degree or above in any discipline (Business Administration preferred but not required);
* Knowledge of gaming, entertainment, and/or the internet industry; gamers preferred;
* Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills;
* Cross-functional collaboration skills and strong execution ability;
* Language: Business English is required.

Bonus skills:
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese is preferred; Japanese is a big plus.
