We are looking for a expert of Marketing to join our team.  The expert will be responsible for all marketing and growth metrics by defining the Brand Strategy and building B2B partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

* Set up the Company's Brand Strategy
* Optimize existing growth channels and continuously test new and crazy campaigns to uncover untapped acquisition opportunities, digital, offline and through B2B partnerships
* Build the business position for online and offline B2B partnerships for branding and acquisition
* Devise highly effective programs to generate qualified leads for your product. Design and execute the Performance strategy to ensure utmost presence, and user acquisition
* Spearhead local campaigns, that both impacts branding + sales performance
* Work closely with the different stakeholders within the company develop an atl/btl approach aligned with business objectives for both short and long-term impact
* oversee and manage the execution of marketing calendar plan and channel budgets
* be involved in creating a localized, thematic local social media content marketing and initiating content marketing campaigns to reach targets
* monitor, and analyze online marketing performance that is kpi driven (knowledge + experience in social paid, search marketing, and seo, required)
* spearhead seasonal or annual 360 marketing campaigns
* manage and maintain strategic partnerships
* spearhead the roll-out-strategy of new cities along with the opening team


requirements:

* product marketing expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels
* proven track record of managing and building growth teams across latam; mentoring and leading a team of high performers, influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization
* excellent organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
* creativity and innovation, ability to think out of the box and conceptualize creative campaigns that can drive positive brand awareness.
* Experience in managing P&L responsibility in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
* Experience in stakeholder management and working across a matrix structure seeking collaboration.
