Matching Episodes

Hello, in 2007 my church produced a 5-part video series. I still have Parts #2-5, but Episode #1 was lost, and all associated files and footage are no longer available. 1 year later we re-shot the episode, but this was not edited by the same person who did the other episodes.

So it does not match the others. I would like Episode #1 (length 6 minutes) re-edited to match the look, color, sound, and feel of the other episodes.

There are re-caps (i.e. Short bits) in the following episodes, so you can see what it should look like.

The data i have for Episode 1 is a .mov file and a .mp4 file. All other episodes use a .vob format.

Also, if possible, the audio for episode 4 (about 4 mins) and some parts of Episode 5 (about 30 secs) sounds echo/reverb-y and needs to be cleaned up.

Is this something you can do? How much would this project cost?
