Media package for a digital taxi app

We are looking for a graphics/creative person, who would be involved in the creative/advertising for our new brand for a longer period of time, specifcally the RYDE taxi service. We are doing a research, looking for the best graphic designers/creatives and we need to come up with a company logo, visualization of the car with stickers/designs of stickers labels, advertising stickers of the brand, production of illustrated/animated advertising stories (2D static and animated vector illustrations), to present a new brand, that addresses people and then an
advertisement for the recruitment of taxi drivers. So basically we are seeking a full media package.
