1. La version actual del Vbulletin es 3.7.4
    2. Fue adquirida una licencia para Vbulletin5
    3. Se tiene descargado el paquete de archivos de Vbulletin V5

La BD fue transferida en linea de Nominalia al nuevo Servidor (Arturo hizo esta transferencia)
    5. En el nuevo servidor se encuentra toda la estructura de directorios del Vbulletin 3.7.4
    6. Aparentemente al tener la version 3.7.4 que es obsoleta, debemos migrar al menos a una version 3.8 o superior para poder optar a ir a un Vbulletin V5  (esto se esta verificando con personal de soporte de Vbulletin para verificar cuales son los pasos que deberiamos seguir)
