Busco un programador, artesano web , experto en servidores y seguridad, que me ayude a migrar un software hecho en laravel y php con dependencia en los modulos y servicios de envio de correos electronicos

actualmente esta corriendo en un servidos de Godaddy Con linux

Y me gustaría migrarlo a AWS e integrarlo con Bitbucket,  para poder hacer deploy

la persona a la que se le adjudicará este proyecto debe  conocer bien como funciona AWS y aprovecha toda las herramientas para tener un software escalable y seguro,

tambien debe saber programar,  para poder estudiar el codigo y mantenerlo y de ser posible optimizarlo,  el codigo no esta hecho tal vez de la mejor manera pero funciona, y no quiero volverlo hacer, porque eso podría ser costoso,

esta corriendo con PHP y esta hecho en Laravel,
