I need a programmer or a group of programmers to do a mobile app for me.  It is an app destined to the nightlife experience.  It involves, bars, nightclubs, lounges and of course people.

I already have the entire idea developed, I have the design complete, where every button takes you and how.  I just need someone to put what I have on paper into an app. 
I'm looking for someone highly engaged and with interest to continue working on the app after it's already finished.

I need the app to be in English, Spanish and Chinese. 
I would like to see a CV and previous mobile apps done so that I can check the way you work and the results you obtain.
