Mvp: Database & Admin Portal

I?m looking for a web developer / database specialist who will be able to create an mvp database from scratch and mvp admin portal. Database will be connected to the mobile app (for now only iOS) - Read & Write inquires.

MVP Database
At the beginning there will be more inquires to add new items to the database, but overtime the switch should be drastically in favor of only displaying information from database in the app. We will need o implement few formulas (analysis) that will be run when new item will be added and display on the product page.

Each ITEM in the database will have 6 tables.
- #1 table will have 12 inputs which 10 of them will be other tables (e.g. Select a brand)
- #2 table will storage photos submitted from the app
- #3 table will be simple table that Admin needs to fill with information (numbers)
- #4 table will have a string of text that will need to be translated into data strings and compared to 5 content of 5 different tables
- #5 table will be a result of analysis based on content of other tables
- #6 table will contain meta information

MVP Admin Functionalities:
- User will be able to add new item to the database from app (upload pictures)
- List of awaiting verifications
- Verifying each submitted item by user
- Adding new item from the desktop
- List of added items
- See added item (product page)
- Editing product page
- Change log
- API to connect with iOS app
- (Maybe) OCR text from the photo and fill the inputs
- (Maybe) Basic editing tools for photos like rotating, zoom-in, etc.
