Need help to understand personal income tax in Malaysia

Hello,

Please find below my requirements:
1. I need your help to understand in detail how income tax works for a salaried, non-Malaysian employee.
2. Would prefer to sit with you face-to-face for about an hour or two, understand the taxation process end-to-end in a detailed manner - this includes the various categories to claim exemption, best practices to reduce tax, forms that need to be filed, process to claim rebate etc.
3. If you have knowledge of capital gains tax from real estate, equities etc, that would be a plus as well.
